Modell, Stil & Epoche
Diese Speedmaster Professional entstand 1994 zum 25. Jahrestag der Apollo-XI-Mission. Die Edelstahlversion wurde in einer limitierten Serie von 2.500 Exemplaren gefertigt. Äußerlich bleibt sie nah an der klassischen Speedmaster Professional, die seitliche Gravur APOLLO XI 1969-1994 kennzeichnet jedoch die Jubiläumsausführung.
Gehäuse, Zifferblatt & Besatz
Edelstahlgehäuse, schwarzes Speedmaster-Zifferblatt mit drei Totalisatoren, weiße Zeiger und schwarze Tachymeterlünette. Seitliche Gravur APOLLO XI 1969-1994 ist dokumentiert.
Werk & Funktion
Mechanisches Omega Chronographenwerk, Kaliber 861, mit Handaufzug. Chronograph mit kleiner Sekunde, 30-Minuten- und 12-Stunden-Zähler.
Armband & Schließe
Omega Edelstahlband mit signierter Speedmaster Professional Schließe.
Zustand & Aufarbeitung
Für die Uhr ist eine Reparatur beziehungsweise ein Servicevorgang aus dem Jahr 2005 dokumentiert, anschließend wurde eine neue Garantie ausgestellt.

Besonderheiten & Geschichte
Omega brachte diese Edition zum 25. Jahrestag der Apollo-XI-Mission heraus. Die Edelstahlversion war auf 2.500 Exemplare limitiert und wurde mit einer seitlichen Jubiläumsgravur versehen. Der Bezug zur Mondlandung gehört zur Geschichte der Speedmaster Modellfamilie und macht die Edition zu einem klar datierten Kapitel innerhalb der Professional Linie.

Pflege & Wartung
Zur Pflege genügt ein weiches, trockenes Tuch. Mechanische Chronographen sollten regelmäßig von ausgewiesenen Uhrenfachleuten, Uhrmachermeistern oder Omega geprüft und gewartet werden.
