Lang, schmal und fein proportioniert zieht sich dieser Ring wie ein kleines Schiffchen über den Finger. Im Zentrum liegt ein heller Opal, eng gerahmt von einer Reihe kleiner historisch wirkender Diamanten.
Stil & Epoche
Die langgestreckte Navetteform, der schmale Opal im Zentrum und der umlaufende Besatz aus kleinen historisch wirkenden Diamanten passen sehr gut in die Edwardianische Stilphase um 1900 bis 1915. Typisch sind die feine, vertikal gestreckte Silhouette und die enge Rahmung des Mittelsteins durch zahlreiche kleine Steine. Die leichte, fast spitzenartige Wirkung unterscheidet sich deutlich von späteren massiveren Clusterformen.
Materialien & Edelsteine
Gefertigt aus 585er Gelbgold. Mittig sitzt ein navetteförmiger Opal-Cabochon von ca. 11,9 × 3,3 mm. Ihn umgeben 24 kleine Diamanten von jeweils ca. 1,5 mm Durchmesser, deren Erscheinungsbild historisch und unregelmäßiger als ein moderner Brillantschliff wirkt. Ohne Tiefenmessung wird keine exakte Gesamt-Karatzahl angesetzt.
Zustand & Aufarbeitung
Vor dem Verkauf wird das Stück fachkundig geprüft und behutsam aufbereitet. Fassung, Ringschiene und Steinbesatz werden auf Stabilität kontrolliert. Erhaltene alters- und gebrauchsbedingte Spuren werden nicht unnötig entfernt, damit die vorhandene Substanz und der Charakter des Schmuckstücks bewahrt bleiben.
Tragegefühl & Kombinationsideen
Der Ring ist als eigenständiges Schmuckstück gedacht und lässt sich besonders ruhig solo tragen. Seine Proportionen und der jeweilige Steinbesatz geben ihm genügend Präsenz, ohne dass zusätzliche Kombinationen nötig sind.

Mit einem weichen Tuch, lauwarmem Wasser, Naturseife und einem weichen Bürstchen vorsichtig reinigen. Empfindlichen Steinbesatz möglichst nicht im Ultraschallbad reinigen. Bei Bedarf oder in regelmäßigen Abständen professionell reinigen lassen.
