Mobile Terms of Use (Last updated: February 21, 2025)

The Honey Decoration mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Honey Decoration ("Honey Decoration," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms ("Mobile Terms"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any feature thereof at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify these Mobile Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

By opting in to Honey Decoration's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Honey Decoration through your wireless service provider to the wireless number you provide, even if your wireless number is registered on a state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may contain updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of making a purchase from Honey Decoration. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with sending text messages imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless service plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with sending text messages, including your wireless service provider's fees.

You can cancel the service at any time. To do so, send the keyword "STOP" to Verena via SMS or click the unsubscribe link in a text message (if available). You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Honey Decoration mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them—unless otherwise required by law—you must cancel them separately by following the instructions in the applicable mobile terms of use.

We reserve the right to change any shortcode or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a modified shortcode or phone number may not be received; we are therefore not responsible for fulfilling such requests.

The mobile operators supported by the service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you receive a new mobile phone number, you must re-enroll in the program using that new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for any failure, delay, or misdirection of delivery of any information, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you take or do not take based on the information or the Service.
